At the end of the study mission in Rome, all participants will have the unique opportunity to live first-hand an immersive culinary experience through food heritage.
Participants will spend a full day side by side with international experts in food and culinary practices, including Professors in Enogastronomy as well as renewed Chefs. Participants will also take part to an exclusive MasterChef class on heritage products, thereby concretely acquiring experience in processing raw food materials and enjoying a culinary adventure with chefs.
The day will culminate with a sensory exploration of gourmet cuisine based on food heritage, with a fine dinner of 6 courses. This unique opportunity serves as a bridge between academic and culinary worlds, facilitating a deeper understanding of the intricate relationship between food heritage, sustainability, and the promotion of local culinary traditions
