WiP – Study Mission in Moscow

After the fall of the Soviet Union and a period of profound economic and cultural crisis, the Russian Federation has regained its leading role in the international arena.

Several elements define Russia’s influence in world politics: the permanent seat on the UN Security Council, the possession of the largest nuclear arsenal, the military industry and the arms market and the leading position in oil production and gas make Moscow the best place for a study mission addressed to all students who wish to confront themselves with a country traditionally a protagonist of international chess boards.

To all those who meet certain requirements and who will apply by June 30, 2019, EWEI and partner companies will make available

scholarships from 100 to 500 euros

For candidates who have achieved the highest score, Philip Morris will make available

2 scholarships worth 1,000 euros each

The experience in Istanbul was highly formative and allowed me to meet fantastic people and fully understand the dynamics of international politics. The EW-EI staff answered all my questions during the preliminary interview, explaining in detail each aspect of the study trip.

The WiP – Study Mission allows you to observe many multi-faceted realities up close, and above all from a thousand angles. The program was incredible and, as a whole, it went beyond my wildest expectations, from every point of view. The cost of the study trip to Moscow is € 1750.

The fee includes:

• Preparation course
• Hotel stay
• Breakfast
• All meetings and activities listed in the itinerary
• Certification of participation

The fee does not include:

• Round-trip flight to / from Moscow
• Lunches and dinners
• Guided tours of the city and museums
• Airport-hotel transfers

Are available:

• 2 scholarships made available by our partner Philip Morris of € 1,000 each will be awarded to candidates who have achieved the highest selection score;

EWEI recognizes scholarships ranging from a minimum of € 100 up to a maximum of € 500 to all those who possess the requirements listed below:

• Have participated in previous EWEI or Diplomatic Association courses;
• Have a university average of 27/30;
• Have a level of English C1;
• Being a single-income family;
• Have a good general knowledge of International Relations, which can be demonstrated during the interview.

2. Establish a cognitive interview;
3. After 48 hours from the interview, all candidates who have passed the candidacy phase will receive:

                 1. Indication of any recognized scholarship;

To participate in the WiP – Study Mission, candidates must successfully pass a selection interview. The selection criteria will include the candidate’s motivation to participate in the program, their interest in international relations and a good level of English. The interview results will be communicated to candidates within 48 hours.

Candidates who successfully pass the interview will receive the Wip – Study Mission Service Contract via the email address indicated in the request form. The service contract for the WiP study mission, which must be completed and signed by the selected party, must be returned within 72 hours of receipt, together with proof of payment by transfer of a deposit of € 250 to guarantee participation.

This deposit of € 250 will be subtracted from the balance still to be paid by the participant. The transfers must be sent according to the following instructions:

Candidates who successfully pass the interview will receive the Wip – Study Mission Service Contract via the email address indicated in the request form. The contract must be returned within 72 hours of receipt, together with proof of payment by transfer of a deposit of € 250 to guarantee participation. The remaining part, net of any scholarships, can be paid in installments.
